the weekend of my dreams

Labor Day Weekend
if only every weekend could be spent lounging on the beach, having sleep over parties, girlie gossip, grill outs and late night dance time

university of maryland ladies in front of our awesome little weekend house in Betterton, Maryland
and with Yankee's new boyfriend, Sully - such a cutie!

all grown up

{yankee and my brother aj at the beach}

i got to spend a long weekend at home with my family and yankee after they got back from the beach. she got sooo big from the last time i saw her and picked up the new hobby of frisbee. each morning at home started with breakfast on the patio, then a run to the park and frisbee fetch until she tired herself out, and ending with her taking a nap on my feet once we got back to the house.

hopefully she'll take another trip south to dc soon!

tucker and yankee.

so me and Scott both traveled home last weekend to meet the newest additions to our families - new pups! Tucker is Scott's new golden retriever and Yankee (fitting, yes) is my new golden doodle.
how freakin' cute?!

apparently Tucker's favorite hobby is to chew on Scott's hair

here's Yankee girl - so cuddly!

i think my hand was in her mouth the entire weekend. puppy teething
is so much fun

absolutely adorable

hopefully Yankee will get a trip to DC soon. she can play with my neighborhood puppies, see the monuments and eat at my favorite (and canine-friendly!) bakery, Baked & Wired.
